PLANT DESCRIPTION
Fermenter Model Fcr30 with Conical Bottom at 30° Thanks to its characteristics it is a tank for professional use, which ensures a production of excellent quality beer.
The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, internal mirror polished finish, flowered external finish. The tank is equipped with various elements useful to the manufacturer, such as the coolant pocket, the 400 mm diameter anti-retention cover and the 1 ”washing pipe with return, partial and total drain with stainless steel butterfly valve. It is also supplied with a level, steel sample and a bimetallic Dn 80 thermometer with a measurement range that goes from -20 ° to + 80. Thanks to the meticulous attention in the construction and attention to detail, we guarantee the best in terms of cleanliness, organoleptic safety of beer.
